Our master glazer Winnie Crittenden glazed the piece and it's paired with a hand-carved wood top by Hideki Takayama. Winnie worked side-by-side with Edith Heath (her aunt) and learned everything about glazing. Her decades of knowledge and experience are on display with these spectacular and—at times—dramatic glazes. Hideki Takayama is a self-taught sculptor whose work ranges from the functional to the sensual.
